  About Me

Hello! I’m Kathy ….your kids’ Culinary Nutrition coach.

I’ve been in the field of dietetics for 30 years. I have enjoyed working in preventive care with all age groups, but my passion has always been with Pediatrics.

I am a Pediatric Culinary Dietitian and started HealthyStyled in 2019 with the mission to bring kids into the kitchen and allow them to experience nutrition through cooking. I teach group classes and camps to kids 4 and up.

What is Culinary Nutrition? It’s combining the Art of Cooking with the Science of Nutrition. In HealthyStyled classes, kids are given the opportunity to awaken their senses and cook mindfully while learning about how each ingredient helps nourish their body.

Birthday Parties/Private Events & Nutrition Consulting

HealthyStyled offers Birthday parties and private events for children ages four and up. A customized menu and theme will be offered. It’s a fun way to bring friends together and create wonderful memories in the kitchen.

Nutrition Consulting: As a pediatric culinary dietitian, Kathy works closely with families and their children to develop a wellness program that addresses their children’s nutritional needs, goals and interests.
