Very Berry Fruit Preserve

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon  Grade A Organic Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Wash the berries and place a large sauce pan.
  2. On medium-low heat, start cooking the berries and as they start to soften, add the chia seeds and continue to cook.
  3. Add the Maple Syrup continue to cook until desired softness.
  4. Remove, let cool and enjoy 🙂
