Teriyaki Chicken
with Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Spaghetti Pasta
  • 1 pound organic, boneless, skinless chicken thighs sliced into small strips
  • 1 cup of snap peas or any other vegetables of choice (carrots, zucchini)
  • 2 Cups cut up broccoli
  • 1/2 Jar Trader Joe’s Soyaki Sauce
  • 12 oz Organic Chicken Broth

Directions

  1. In a Wok or a large skillet saute chicken thighs in Soyaki for about 12 minutes, add the package of raw pasta broke in half and add the chicken broth and cook on high heat for apporx 3 minutes, then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked. Add the broccoli, snap peas and other vegetables of choice.
  2. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables become tender but not soft.
  3. Add roasted sesame seeds and enjoy 🙂
