Very Berry Fruit Preserve
Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Grade A Organic Maple Syrup
Directions
- Wash the berries and place a large sauce pan.
- On medium-low heat, start cooking the berries and as they start to soften, add the chia seeds and continue to cook.
- Add the Maple Syrup continue to cook until desired softness.
- Remove, let cool and enjoy 🙂
